The president and CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association, Gary Shapiro, has an op-ed piece complaining about what he calls "antitrust witch hunts of America's crown jewel companies" including Apple and Intel. "American companies already have enough government-induced burdens limiting their potential. We have an anti-business immigration policy; a failing education system; union-backed protectionist regulations; and relatively high corporate taxes discouraging investment," he writes.
