Biden on Health Care Premiums

Vice President Biden tells GQ magazine, in an interview picked up in Mike Allen's Politico Playbook, that voters are finding that the scare stories about the effects of health "reform" are not true: "[people] are starting to find out now … that what they're told is simply not true. Their premiums haven't gone up."

What planet is this guy living on? My health insurance premiums are going up 7%. A Washington Post article from earlier this month appeared under the headline, "Workers' health insurance costs for 2011 include higher premiums and co-payments."

People can argue about whether this is because of ObamaCare or something that would have happened even without it. But to claim that premiums "haven't gone up" is just detached from reality.
