General in Abu Ghraib Scandal
http://www.futureofcapitalism.com/2011/05/general-in-abu-ghraib-scandal
Sometimes the New York Times isn't biased against Republicans, but just against the whole military. Or sometimes they just emphasize the bad news. How else to account for the headline over this item: "General in Abu Ghraib Scandal Files to Run for Senate in Texas"? It's about a retired general, Ricardo Sanchez, who is running as a Democrat. While he was the American commander in Iraq during the Abu Ghraib abuse, there's no evidence he was directly involved. I'm tempted to start making all my references to Arthur Sulzberger Jr. "Publisher in Jayson Blair Scandal." by Ira Stoll | May 11, 2011 at 10:10 pm Related Topics: Politics, Press receive the latest by email: subscribe to the free futureofcapitalism.com mailing list Comment on this item |
