Rand Paul on ObamaCare

Senator Rand Paul has an op-ed piece in USA Today likening Chief Justice Roberts' decision in the ObamaCare case to the Supreme Court's rulings in Plessy v. Ferguson (separate but equal) and in Dred Scott (fugitive slave). The comparison strikes me as over-the-top, but it's an indication of the tone of some of the reaction to the decision on the right.
