I don't disagree with him avoiding the tax this way, since there is no law against it, and I am sure he is not the only one to do it. If Massachusetts wants to gain the additional tax income from boat moorings, they need to update their tax laws to make it more desirable for people to dock there.

The fact that he is a state senator makes it seem more sneaky than if someone else was to do it, though.
