Chad - so you will grant that Gibbs job is harder and requires more skill than someone that makes less money at the DMV? I agree, Gibbs job is hard and he earned every penny on that 172K salary. The job is probably worth more really.

So if Gibbs EARNED that higher rate of pay because the job is harder and more demanding, how do you justify him having a higher percentage of his earnings taken from him by the state? I mean after all, he's working harder to earn more. If he EARNED more doesn't he deserve to keep it?
