what i am very surprised to not have yet seen mentioned is that gibbs has only been making the 172 k for TWO YEARS as Obama has only been in the Presidency two years. the other four have been working for him as a senator and the greater time, on the campaign, where i have not checked because i'm sure he WAS NOT making 172k in fact, especially on the campaign i would be quite sure in saying he worked even longer hours for A LOT LESS than 172k.
