Sorry, but you cannot blame the Obama administration for financial institutions increasing their fees where the law does not apply. The administration was simply attempting to protect the consumer. The financial institutions were the ones that got us into this mess and now to meet their financials, they have found other ways to hit their target revenues and pay their greedy executives and investors.
