I see no inconsistency in Buffett's public policy suggestions as a private citizen and his subsidiary's IRS suit which is its fiduciariary responsibility to its (indirect) shareholders. I do not have time to explain this further and should be intuitively obvious to even the most obtuse of commentators unless they are just looking for an axe to grind.

However I hope NetJets Large Aircraft Inc. is beaten decisively by the IRS so that they can go after the other fractional jet lessors.
