While Prop 65 was passed by California's collection of moron voters (and it passed in the '80's before the aggregate IQ really took a plunge to current levels), it mostly functions as lawyer bait and most of us don't even notice the signs. Compared to Happy Meal bans and armed law enforcement raids of raw milk sellers the warning signs are harmless.
