Clueless McCain

Reader comment on: McCain's Accusation Against Adelson

I heard a McCain interview during the McCain-Feingold debate where he talked about soft money. It was clear to me, someone with some experience in politics, that McCain had no idea what soft money was and was just using it as a synonym for something he thought was bad in campaign finance. That's similar to his (and other campaign finance zealots) use of terms like Super Pacs, Citizens United & foreign money. A question that I'd like to ask McCain is whether or not he thinks funds his campaign received from his millionaire wife & her family was foreign money. After all, they sold beer in Arizona. Some of those who bough the beer were Mexican nationals who crossed the border on business. Isn't their money as foreign as Chinese who lose money on black jack in Macau?
