The question is assume it's 10 years from now and a similar situation occurs, what would happen, Romney is not clear on this. A one time open enrollment period is nice but what happens if it's later than the open enrollment period. It seems what Romney says depends which interview you read, he needs to be perfectly clear on this subject.
