As Berkley demonstrates asian american enrollment would increase, as perhaps today asian Americans are being somewhat treated the way jews were in the 1930s in that their enrollment numbers are being quietly limited. Note Caltech is 39% asian-american, 35% caucasian, 8% hispanic, and 1% african american and 1% native american. This may be the future profie as is also hinted at at Berkley of universities.
