Mike Bloomberg got rich running an anti-union company; blamed union workers instead of his hand-picked Manhattan-centric transport commission for the snow-removal debacle in the outer boros in 2010; tried to press untrained MTA bus drivers into service to transport prisoners during the Occupy festivities because he didn't want to pay police OT; and treats the highly-trained members of his uniformed services as slovenly, unskilled labor. He's never been sympathetic to labor, and your "even" here is unsupported by the facts.
