Anyone who endorsed Trump isn't someone with good judgment to be a Supreme Court judge. Mr. Lipsky has many excellent qualities, not the least his grasp of so much of the Constitution. But any man who advocated for the mentally incoherent Rump to be our President (or even to be local dogcatcher) is seriously mistaken.
