The New York Times has an editorial on the Congressional insider trading issue that makes reference to "a new study from the Hoover Institution" and "research by Peter Schweizer of the Hoover Institution" but doesn't mention the word "book" or give the title of Mr. Schweizer's Throw Them All Out.
