Clifford Thies is completely wrong. Brazil doesn't counts oil sales as tax revenues. It's nonsense. I can't avoid being surprised by the level of ignorance of most American "specialists" toward third countries. If you want to be informed about Brazilian tax system you should do a simple research to the many reliable official sources available in the internet. But I guess you just want to boost the nonsenses. Sorry !
