Obama acting unconstutionally

Ira, when you focus on Mr. Sowell's comparison of Hitler's & Obama's policies, you miss the important point that Obama is acting unconstiutionally. It would be great if people would understand that Obama's actions violate our Constitution. I appreciated Mr. Sowell's comment that . . . " Constitution says that private property is not to be confiscated by the government without "due process of law." Does anyone care about that?
