Gun Control only applies to the law abiding

There is a huge unregulated market in guns on some street corners in big cities. So the restrictions only apply to those who follow the law. Rather than gun control, up the penalty to manslaughter when a kid gets your gun and kills himself or someone else. (Keep guns in safe places). Second insurance companies disclaim any liability for being sued for the use of your gun by a child who "finds"it. All the laws do is the same thing as prohibition and drug laws, move the market to one that does not pay taxes. I say legalize as much as possible and put pigovian taxes on the market! (Drugs guns, ...)
