I hate to break it to you, but you can't avoid taxing individuals by taxing a corporation. A corporation is merely many (or several) people working together under a common name and structure. It is still the human beings who do the actual work. And the money paid in taxes to the government by the corporation would otherwise be paid to people --- who might just do something useful with it.
