I agree with Grove's analysis of the problem, but I don't see how your solution will solve it. (Nor am I sure about his solution.)

So what if we allow business people, scientists, and PhDs from China and India to come here? They will still outsource to Asia. Our middle class will have no jobs in the next generation.
