This is nothing but an attempt to lay the groundwork for a nationwide VAT tax.

There is no reason for the Federal Government to be involved in any business transaction that is not across state lines. Read Article I and the enumerated powers of Congress.

Fire any Senator who believes this is the correct function of the Federal Government. We need less interference and more enforcement of existing laws, not new laws and new regulations which will only be used to punish success !
