odd way of doing businessReader comment on: Fred Segal Submitted by Irwin Chusid (United States), Mar 1, 2021 17:24 Telling a potential customer trying on clothes that they "look ridiculous" is a ridiculous way to run a shop. Presumably Mr. Segal's customers were adults who know how to dress themselves. If their spouses or close friends think they look ridiculous, they can say so. But why should anyone care what the shopkeeper thinks? That's not honesty or integrity. That's imposing your aesthetic preferences on customers. Maybe just keep your mouth shut and stay neutral.
