A Christian nation?

I appreciate Hawley's views, but for me the US is a nation that welcomes and allows all of us practice our chosen faith. What I want to see is all citizens - whether very recent or since our founding - support our values - including the American creed and the so-called American dream. Allowing only those of one faith to participate as a full member of our society is a very narrow view.
