This behavior is further demonstration of what the teachers' unions have done to tear apart our education system. I don't like it, but public service unions are a fact. Regardless, they should negotiate in good faith with the city and not interrupt student learning. Instead, they have demonstrated that anger and disruption are the appropriate way to discuss/resolve issues.
