Want a free market solution? Put ethanol and non-ethanol gas pumps side by side in a gas station. Or let companies choose whether or not to sell ethanol. Let the market decide which is more in demand. Since 10% ethanol was introduced here, my mileage dropped 3 MPG with less power.
