If you know anything at all about Conn. politics, you know that won't happen, can't happen, and the Governor certainly doesn't expect it to happen. So, my prediction is that he'll be coming back to the tax well for another $2 billion in tax increases by mid summer at the latest. What Connecticut needs is its own Chris Christie.
