Reader comment on: Krugman on September 11
Submitted by Michael Greenberg (United States), Sep 12, 2011 17:17
I really think he's been instructed to be as controversial as possible in order to get readers to visit the site or buy the paper.
And speaking of buying the paper, it was not too long ago that if you saw someone on the street carrying the NYT, you thought to yourself...there goes an informed individual.
However, today if you see someone with the Times tucked under their arm, you think to yourself...there goes a nitwit.
Anyway, our best response to Professor Krugman would be to ignore him.
