While your point is ironclad in protecting the rights of labor leaders, it holds for environmental issues as well. If China can make their products so cheaply because they do not regulate the emissions from their coal fired power plants, we will ultimately pay a dear cost from global warming. I am all for competition, but competition should be on a level playing field.
