Are you and NPR playing word games here? Did they have data

showing that there is no correlation between using a cell phone while

driving and having accidents due to that cell phone use, OR did they just

have general data showing no increase in accidents from all causes,

irrespective of whether the person(s) at fault were using cell phones?

use?
