Epstein is usually much better than this

Usually I find Epstein to be somewhat persuasive, but in this case, not at all. I would imagine Warren was speaking more about k-12 education and not job training programs. His second argument is up for dispute. He writes that employers have paid "their fair share" to support the education of others, but this is exactly what Warren disputes. She is saying that the richer one gets, the more they have benefited from government programs to educated workers, deliver goods to market, or protect sea lanes to guarantee access to markets abroad. If one gets more, they should pay more. Not just in absolute terms, but in percentage terms. This makes perfect sense, and I am surprised that Epstein misses her argument, or more likely, he is willfully ignoring it because of its sound logic.
