Tilson's confusion

Mr. Tilson confuses the rule of law with good government. As deSoto demonstrated many years ago, there can be little improvement in a country without the rule of law. The lack of a stable and fair legal system is of course a different question than if a command economy works. The evidence is conclusive that it doesn't.. The US seems to be heading toward a command economy and rule by bureaucracy. For that Mr. Tilson wants to pay more taxes? One wonders that anyone would invest with him.
