The real question is how we allow political hacks to run any agency that regulates business? These people are ignorant of the private sector operations and are obsessed with "leveling" or making "fair" a market place that already has a mechanism in place to regulate itself; the consumer. These people believe in a zero sum game and they couldn't be more wrong as you point out.

When will we learn?
