Helium is one of the most plentiful elements in the universeReader comment on: Federal Helium Program Rises Again Submitted by Old_Salt (United States), Jun 4, 2012 22:57 @ Jerry, You cannot seriously be a scientist. Helium is one of the most plentiful elements in the universe, and you are chicken little-ing a peak helium theory. Look outside at the yellow thing in the sky. It's called the sun and it's been turning hydrogen into helium for over 4.5 billion years, which in turn has been bombarding earth for all of earth's existence. The earth will run out of mohair long before it runs out of helium. Note: Comments are moderated by the editor and are subject to editing. Other reader comments on this item
