Unstated is why Obama refers to overseas businesses as tax shelters: he deems corporate income as government property. It is a nefarious ploy to keep it out of the hands of its legitimate owner. To boost the government rake perhaps BO could be persuaded to redirect some of those green energy dollars to Macau. If so, I can recommend a successful casino operation. WHR
