The democrats and their tame judges have already done this. When Bush fired a bunch of people in the Justice Department for failure to prosecute voter fraud, the Democrats demanded his internal memos - and got them. The republicans are fishing for a memo, signed by Obama or someone high in his administration, that admits, or implies, what everyone knows - that the intent was to get US guns killing people in order to generate support for gun control.
