How many belong to folks on Social Security retirement?

A large number of such permits belong to folks who are retired and in declining health, not on disability because they are retired, and on the Old Age part of SS. In addition add in disabled children to young for SS disability insurance, and I suspect that at least 1/3 of the permits are in that class likely over 50%.
