I do not agree with Clippers example

Since Sterling's sale is based on his ownership agreement with the NBA - it does not fit with your other examples. If it was a government forcing the sale it would be a different story. However, there have been some examples of governments trying to use eminent domain to prevent a team from moving (Baltimore Colts, I believe).
