Look at what regulation is: a law requiring proof of one's innocence. One has to satisfy the regulator that one won't violate rights. (Any regulation that goes beyond rights-protection is invalid from the outset.) At its best, regulation is preventive law.

The only moral system is unregulated capitalism, which means laissez-faire capitalism.
