I'll make a bet with you -- that we won't have any scientific Nobel laureates of Mexican immigrants within the next 25 years (I'd say 50 years, but I don't think I'll be around that long). We barely have any Mexican national scientific Nobel prize winners! The quality of immigrants matters -- to deny it does is to deny reality itself.
