The former is far likelier than the latter, and the latter is an unknowable proposition because you can't really define "the next Steve Jobs" (and you won't be around by the time he/she — currently unborn — has accomplishments comparable to "a Jobs"). You can define a terrorist, the impact is more near-term, and any occurence is more catastrophic. Americans should consider the tradeoff.
