Glad to see that FoC takes a bow for their position on the absurd and immoral attacks on SAC. The insider trading laws in general are explicit species of subjective law, but Bharara's attempt to stretch such bad laws to even more absurd extents was sickening. Good to see that some judges can't swallow such prosecutorial maliciousness.
