First Rep. Paul Ryan suggested cutting the top federal corporate tax rate to 25% from 35%. Then Republican presidential candidate Tim Pawlenty suggested 15%. Now another Republican running for president, Newt Gingrich, is out with a piece calling for cutting the corporate tax rate to 12.5%.
