Spirit of Democracy

A Bloomberg View editorial bizarrely declares that among the losers in the Wisconsin recall election was "the spirit of democracy." Quite to the contrary, Governor Walker's victory shows that politics and democracy can do important things and, specifically, that democratic government can be financially responsible. That's a big, positive development for democracy and for America.
