Maine has started enforcing a decades-old law banning the disclosure to customers of the alcohol content in beer. Jonathan Adler, a professor at the Case Western University School of Law, writes that the law "is almost certainly unconstitutional as it is currently being enforced," a violation of the First Amendment protection on free speech.
