Apologies for the delay in posting updates here. Let me attempt to catch up.
My three most recent columns were about:
•Trump the "isolationist" (not exactly). Check the full column out please at Newsmax here and the New Boston Post here.
•Warren Buffett's latest shareholder letter. Check the full column out please at Newsmax here and the New York Sun here.
•How the Democrats' push for socialism strangely coincides with a strong economy. Check it out please at Newsmax here, the New York Sun here, and Reason here.
One reason posting here has been more sparse than usual is that I've been busy with some work for Education Next, an education policy journal. For that outlet I did a look at James Madison High School, an "ordinary" public school in Brooklyn that has produced six Nobel laureates, three senators, and a Supreme Court Justice.
While I have your attention, I also commend the comments from reader-community member-watchdog-member-participant-content co-creators on the post here about Andrew Sorkin on the Estate Tax and Carry-Over Basis. The commenters here are an unusually sharp bunch. I am grateful to them for taking the time to weigh in and for their bracing lack of patience with anything that looks at all like a tax increase.
