I always used to wonder how Bush could take such obviously poor statistics on the economy and try to spin them positively, and now Obama is doing the same. However, I would not come to the same conclusion that the market is reacting to "Obama's spin." Was there ever evidence that the market reacted to his, or any other President's spin in the first place.
