Although all those disputes and aggressions you described are real, compare all those problems with the rise of a Hitler. I share Condoleezza Rice's view, and now I am paraphrasing, "when the US withdraws form a region, only bad things can happen." This is clearly an argument for the US to help maintain a semblance of world order that would stymied the rise of another Hitler.
