The real reason liberals hate (truly) free market capitalism

Is EnerNOC going to join the "for-profit arm of the Obama Administration" along with GE? (brilliant phrase coined by Tim Carney at Wa Examiner).

I say liberals don't hate capitalism, they just hate non-crony capitalism: true capitalism holds no appeal for the left because a truly free market is one that can't be gamed, regulations can't be traded for votes or subsidies passed out for campaign contributions.

A system that depends on production will never be exploited by those most adept at producing. It leaves "the hitchhikers of virtue" as Ayn Rand called them, to "loot" their production. Though give credit where credit is due: Tim Carney cites a liberal blogger who called out members of congress
