This seems like yet another case where he administration is selectively applying the law.

There's BP's supposed 75 million dollar cap on liability - admittedly ludicrous, but the law, nonetheless.

There's selective enforcement of federal law on immigration, sanctuary cities ok, but enforcing federal law in AZ is bad.

Now, selective enforcement of patent rights?
